Gallery: Madame Curie on Radioactivite: Digital Recreation of a badly damaged cover

This very interesting copy of an important French Madame Curie text arrived with a loose textblock and badly damaged paper covers. The cover (called wraps) was extremely brittle as well, and rather than attempt to reuse, we scanned the original, digitally filled in missing portions, and output on a heavy paper with a similar tone. After airbrushing for a perfect match, a little work on the text itself made for a near perfect restoration.
