Handmade blank journal or pocketbook, morocco leather spine, cloth sides and marbled endpapers. 160 Pages. Gold tooling along leather edges and “Cogitations” stamped in gold on the spine.

5″ x 3 1/4″ x 1/2″ thick.

The paper is a 60# creamy white Mohawk Via Vellum with just enough tooth to be a good match for many 19th century papers, and will hold a variety of inks well. Sewn on two cloth tapes, a method far superior to machine-sewn textblocks.
